So, what was your prediction? Are they proven truth? What are the opinions about the winner of Oscar?

I am giving my opinion here:

Best Actor in a leading role: Dallas Buyers Club (Matthew McConaughey)

I have bet on the Matthew McConaughey beside the Leonardo DiCaprio for the Oscar Leading Actor Award. Finally, for this outstanding performance in the movie “Dallas Buyer Club”, Matthew McConaughey has received the leading actor award. Both the DiCaprio and McConaughey were unable to win an Oscar Award, though they performed magnificently. I think they were not given the right honor for so long time. I could not bear it, if anyone else would win this award. For winning the best actor award, thanks to him very much.

The Best Actress in a leading role: Blue Jasmine (Cate Blanchett)

Cate Blanchett has won the best leading actress awards for her excellent starring. I have thought that, Sandra Bulk would be given this award. Though, I have not seen “Blue Jasmine” yet, but I think she was worthy of that award, that’s why she gained it.

The Best Directing: Gravity (Alfonso Cuarón)

I have something to say about “Gravity”. The people, who have watched it, can undoubtedly confess that Director Alfonso Cuaron has shown his outstanding talent in this movie. I thought that Steve McQueen might be going to get this award for his great movie “12 Years a Slave”.  Anyway, there is nothing to be depressed about that. Alfonso Cuaron was worthy of this award, since her movie “Gravity’ is really amazing, and you cannot move your eyes from the screen when you enjoy that. Thanks to him for awarding us with such an excellent movie.

The Best Pictures: 12 Years a Slave

My prediction proved to be true this time. 12 Years a Slave, directed by Steve McQueen has won best Oscar Movie Award. Congratulation to all members of 12 Years a Slave production team.

I am very happy seeing the distressful situation of “American Hustle”. Among 10 nominations for this movie, supporting acting role (women) (Jennifer Lawrence) was the right nomination as I think. I would be happy if she got the award. Rests of all nominations were worthless. I think “American Hustle” was the worst among the list of the last year’s best movies.  I think it is not a good idea of making Crime Movie for Russell. (Personal Opinion)
